All food is presented on ‘family-style’ platters which encourage sharing. We recommend ordering several dishes for a complete experience.

We work closely with our local ethical farmers to utilise the best quality produce including meat, fish and vegetables. Their processes are sustainable, ethical and environmentally beneficial and are not always available (if it is unavailable that day, it will not be available from the menu)- after all, mother nature is not one to be rushed.
